Screen Recovery

Procedure:

Cut off the Screen & armor layer from the damaged cable.

Tighten it up with spring rolls.

Abrase the cable jacket.

Wrap shielding mesh around the cable for 2 layer.

Tighten it up with spring rolls.

Wrap around the cable & EPR high voltage insulating tape for 2 layer.

Wrap H₂O proofing insulating tape for 3 layer.

Warp armor tape around the cable.

Repairing completed.

Function Repair:

Screen Recovery

Procedure:

Cut off the Screen & armor layer from the damaged cable.

Cut off the copper screen layer.

Tighten it up with spring rolls.

Abrase the cable jacket.

Wrap shielding mesh around the cable for 2 layer.

Tighten it up with spring rolls.

Abrase cable jacket repair tape for 3 layer.

Wrap abrasive resistant PVC tape on both ends.

Repairing completed.
